1. Conditions of Sale

Procedure of Purchase: for purchase, you simply have to follow the standard procedure, selecting the quantity, the product options you prefer and confirming in the shopping cart. A few seconds after your purchase you will receive a confirmation via email. N. B: when placing an order in the phases provided, the customer declares to have taken vision of all the ways provided to him during the purchase procedure and fully accept the conditions set out below.

2. Products

• The status of the goods is presented as accurately as possible with periodic updates that are subject to change at any time.
• The product condition is sealed / wrapped accordingly from the manufacturer. It is possible that there are color differences in goods that are not exactly the same as that displayed on the site, can be caused by the lighting factor and setting / resolution of computer monitors and can not be used as a reference. Customers should ensure product details / information that meet the required specifications prior to approval on the online payment page.

3. Prices

The price of the product to be paid is as stated in the shopping cart and / or order invoice (payment page). If there is a change in price, then the applicable price is the price corresponding to the total shopping information displayed in the payment page.

4. Payment

Payment: to make an order payment, just select the method you have selected in the confirmation process. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card (Visa / Mastercard), Paypal, and other payment methods available. Customers are required to confirm payment through Payment Confirmation form when making payment through bank transfer. Payments made by Bank Transfer are deemed to be completed upon receipt of our payment.

We provide ease and certainty for customers in conducting transactions on the RF-Kit Electronics website. Purchase transaction of goods by using credit card can be done for purchase transaction with total value of spending minimum IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah) and a maximum of IDR 25,000,000 (twenty five million rupiah). Currently we use online payment system using Visa / MasterCard via Doku MyShortCart. Doku MyShortCart is an electronic wallet equipped with features of credit card and electronic money or cash wallet links. Doku makes sure your order payment process is secure with the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. SSL provides full security for every customer and the freedom to shop online without any worries about the possibility of stealing your credit card information. Payment by using features from Doku MyShortCart will be charged per transaction whose business is fully regulated by Doku MyShortCart. 5. Delivery

Delivery: Delivery of products using courier services Tiki, JNE, J&T, Pos Indonesia, Elteha, Pahala Express, and EMS International for overseas shipments. Deliveries will be made within 24/48 hours of receipt of payment or as agreed. A full explanation and update information about your order delivery can be found here.

6. Billing

For those who need to receive an invoice for your purchase, simply notify us via email: sales@rf-kit.com
The invoice will be sent to your email address in pdf format.

7. Product Warranty

Warranty is valid if:

• Warranty is given after the customer fulfills all terms and conditions stipulated by rf-kit.com. The warranty is valid in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia only.
  
• Specifically products which have an official warranty of the purchased product, rf-kit.com can only assist in the warranty claim on the product (as long as the warranty is valid and must include a warranty card and a receipt)

Warranty does not apply if:

• Invoice and original warranty card damaged, lost or can not be shown.
• The serial number of the product is damaged, missing, there are strokes or handwriting.
• Seals stamped after repair of the product have been defective, damaged or exposed during the warranty period.
• The product has been dismantled by other parties besides the warranty provider.
• RF power transistors and pallets that have been soldered or installed cannot be returned.
• We do not warranty RF power transistors and RF resistors.
• Transmitters operated with unsuitable antennas or without dummy loads cause damage to the output transistors. Transmission damage due to overheating due to insufficient ventilation / fan / heatsink / air circulation outside of our warranty.
• Items purchased are clearance sale, last stock, display.
• Damaged by animals or insects such as cockroaches, lizards, rats, and so on.
• The product is damaged by errors in installation or use, accidents, falls, natural disasters, lightning strikes, exposure to liquids, changes in utility voltage, and so on.

8. Returns or Replacement

RF-Kit Electronics offers all its customers the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days provided for by the regulations in force. The refund involves the shipment to the sender of the goods and, once you have checked the integrity of the product, which must be returned in the original condition - we will replace the product (according to your choice).

We do not accept return of any product after more than 30 days.

We do not accept return or exchange of RF transistors. After this component leaves our warehouse, this component is not refundable. Please be careful before ordering transitor. Make sure you book correctly because exchange and refund will not be allowed. This policy update is done in response to customer incidents that order the wrong components or replace our transistors with transistors from other sources. We have no authority to resolve this issue and we can not resell these items as new items after these transistors leave our warehouse. Therefore, a returned transitor is useless for us.

9. Repairs

• RF Pallets are not designed to be serviced by the end user. We will refuse to service any pallet that shows evidence of self-repair.
• We will not service any pallet that has lightning damage, pcb burn damage, missing/damaged pcb traces.

10. Contents

In using any RF-Kit Electronics features and / or services, the User is prohibited to upload or use any words, comments, images or any content that contains etnic group, religion, pornography, discrimination, degrading or otherwise offensive, vulgar, threatening, or other matters which may be deemed incompatible with social values and norms. RF-Kit Electronics reserves the right to take the necessary actions for breach of this provision, including content removal, account blocking, and other legal actions.

11. Privacy and Security

• We guarantee the security of your personal data in using the services of www.rf-kit.com.

13. Problem solving and Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, irrespective of the contradiction of the rule of law. Any dispute arising from the execution of the sites and services provided by rf-kit.com with you shall be resolved by deliberation and kinship, unless there are matters which are disturbing and concerning the public. This will be our legal process.

Terms & conditions may be changed and / or updated from time to time without prior notice. RF-Kit Electronics recommends that you carefully read and review the pages of these Terms & Conditions from time to time to find out any changes. By continuing to access and use RF-Kit Electronics services, the user is deemed to agree to the changes contained in the terms & conditions.
