Transistor Daya RF 1500W NXP MRF1K50H ini dirancang untuk menghasilkan 1.50kW CW pada tegangan 50V sehingga mengurangi jumlah transistor pada amplifier RF berdaya tinggi. MRF1K50H memiliki desain input dan output yang tak tertandingi sehingga memungkinkan penggunaan rentang frekuensi yang lebar dari 1,8 sampai 500MHz. Aplikasi meliputi sumber laser dan plasma untuk akselerator partikel, mesin las industri, pemancar siaran radio dan pemancar TV VHF, dan amplifier linier amatir radio.
