The Cost of Return Shipping

All returns must be sent prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted. However, if we were at fault in some way and caused the return, please contact us to make arrangements.

Return Process Time Estimate

In most cases, it will take 1-2 days to process your return and issue a refund. However, it depends on what you are returning and why you are returning it.

You will receive an email when we receive your return. You will get another email when we issue your refund.
